Investment in your water supply is underway

We‘ve been working to upgrade the water pipe that supplies your home and we wanted to get in touch to give you an update on our progress. As mentioned in our previous letter, the water pipe which serves your local community has come to the end of its working life and we’re investing £580,000 to replace it.

The new pipe will reduce the risk of bursts and leaks, protecting your water supply and reducing water wastage.

What have we done so far?
We’ve finished phase one of the project and have laid 550metres of new pipes along School Hill.

What happens next?
The next phase of work involves replacing the pipe down Main Street. We can’t start this work until other work in the area is finished as our diversion routes clash. We hope to begin in November, but we’ll be in touch before to let you know.
